Legal guarantee of conformity
What the 24-month guarantee covers and how to claim.

What it covers
All products sold to Consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within 24 months of delivery.
Unless proven otherwise, defects that appear within one year of delivery are presumed to have existed on that date.
A product conforms if it matches the description on its product page, has the stated qualities and performance, fits the listed models and is fit for its intended use.
What is not a defect
The guarantee does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by incorrect installation, impacts, accidents, or modifications or repairs by third parties;
- use in conditions other than those stated on the product page, such as exposure to temperatures above what the printing material can withstand;
- normal features of 3D printing, such as slight layer lines or small variations in shade, that don’t affect function.
Your remedies
If a product doesn’t conform, you are entitled, free of charge, to have it brought into conformity by repair or replacement, at your choice unless that remedy is impossible or disproportionately costly. If repair and replacement aren’t possible or don’t happen within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or, unless the defect is minor, to terminate the contract and get a refund.
For used items, where the product page says so expressly, the guarantee period may be shorter, but never less than 12 months from delivery.
How to claim
Write to the Seller’s email address shown at the top of this page with:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photos of the product and, if useful, of how it is fitted.
We reply with instructions. If the defect is confirmed, we pay the cost of the return and of sending the product back to you.
Business customers
For business customers the warranty against defects under Articles 1490 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code applies: defects must be reported within 8 days of discovery, and claims are time-barred one year after delivery.
Services
Technical work is carried out with due professional care. If you find a problem caused by the work, write to us within 30 days of getting the item back: we check it and, if it’s down to our work, redo it free of charge.
