Zones, costs, delivery times and what to do when your parcel arrives.

Where we ship
We ship to Italy and to every other EU Member State. Choose your zone in the cart: the payment page only accepts addresses in the zone you picked, so the cost you see is always the right one.
Costs and transit times
Shipping costs and transit times for each zone are shown in the table at the top of this page. The cost is a flat rate per order, whatever the number of items, and is shown before you pay.
Every shipment is tracked: you get the tracking code by email when the parcel leaves.
Total delivery time
Delivery time is the sum of:
- production — for 3D printed parts, the working days shown on the product page;
- transit — the working days shown in the table for your zone.
For preorder items, times depend on the supplier and are shown on the product page. If an order contains both printed parts and preorders, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Unless the product page states a different time, delivery happens within 30 days of the order.
Delivery address
Check your address on the payment page: it can’t always be changed once the parcel has shipped. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because it wasn’t collected, we may charge the cost of sending it again.
When your parcel arrives
Check that the packaging is intact. If it is visibly damaged, accept the delivery with reservation if you can, stating why, photograph the parcel and its contents, and write to us as soon as possible so we can open a claim with the carrier straight away. Your legal guarantee rights apply in any case.
Items from outside the EU and customs
Some preorder items may ship from outside the EU. When they do, the product page says so, and the carrier may ask for customs duties and charges on delivery, which are payable by the Customer.
Services where you send us a part
For services that require you to send us a part, after booking we email you a prepaid shipping label with packing instructions. Return shipping of the serviced part is included in the price of the service unless stated otherwise.
