Terms of sale
The rules that apply to every purchase on this site.
Last updated:
These terms are also available in Italian. Both versions have the same content; the Italian version is the reference text in case of doubt.
1. Scope
1.1. These General Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern distance sales of products and services through this site between the seller identified at the top of this page (the “Seller”) and the person placing an order (the “Customer”).
1.2. A Customer acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession is a “Consumer” under Article 3 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the “Consumer Code”) and enjoys every protection granted by law. Clauses that apply only to business Customers say so expressly.
1.3. The Terms published on the site at the time of the order apply. Customers can save and print them at any time.
1.4. The site is intended for adult Customers resident in Italy and the other Member States of the European Union.
2. Products and services
2.1. The site offers four kinds of item, shown on each product page:
- 3D printed — parts designed by the Seller and produced by 3D printing after the order;
- Preorder — parts supplied by third parties, ordered by the Seller on the Customer’s behalf and shipped directly by the supplier;
- Partner — products sold by third-party shops that the site links to through affiliate links. In this case the contract is between the Customer and the third-party shop, on that shop’s terms; the Seller is not a party to the sale;
- Services — technical work (for example ECU resets), booked with an advance payment or on request.
2.2. The main features of each item are described on its product page. Photos are illustrative: 3D printed parts naturally show slight layer lines and small variations in shade and finish, which are not defects.
2.3. Car manufacturers’ trademarks and model names are used only to indicate compatibility. The Seller is not affiliated with or authorised by their owners, and the products are not original parts.
3. Compatibility, installation and road use
3.1. Each product page lists the models and chassis the item fits. Before buying, the Customer checks that their vehicle matches; if in doubt, they can contact the Seller.
3.2. Installation is the Customer’s responsibility. The Seller recommends having it done by a qualified workshop and following any instructions supplied.
3.3. Some modifications may affect vehicle features that are subject to type approval. The Customer is responsible for checking that the vehicle, with the part installed, complies with the Italian Highway Code (in particular Article 78 of Legislative Decree 285/1992) and with the rules of the country where it is driven.
4. Prices and charges
4.1. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable.
4.2. Shipping costs depend on the delivery zone and are shown on the Shipping page, in the cart and on the payment page before the order is confirmed.
4.3. For preorder items shipped from outside the EU, customs duties and charges may be collected by the carrier on delivery and are payable by the Customer. The product page says so expressly.
4.4. If a price is obviously wrong (for example a clearly trivial price caused by a typing error), the Seller informs the Customer and offers to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
5. Placing an order and formation of the contract
5.1. To order, the Customer adds items to the cart, chooses the shipping zone and continues to the payment page run by Stripe, where they enter delivery and payment details. Before paying they can review and correct their details and see a summary of items, prices, shipping and total.
5.2. By pressing the payment button the Customer places an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is formed when payment succeeds and the Customer receives the order confirmation by email.
5.3. The contract can be concluded in Italian or English. The Seller keeps order data as described in the Privacy policy; the Customer receives a copy by email.
5.4. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order, with an immediate full refund, if the item is unavailable or cannot be produced, if the details supplied are false, or on reasonable suspicion of fraud.
6. Payment
6.1. Payment is taken when the order is placed, through Stripe, using the methods shown on the payment page. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; the Seller never has access to them.
6.2. For preorder items the Customer pays the full price when ordering.
6.3. For services booked online the Customer pays an advance, shown on the product page, which is deducted from the final price. The balance is due once the work is done, before the item is returned. The advance is not a forfeitable deposit: if the Customer withdraws, or the work cannot be carried out for reasons not attributable to the Customer, it is refunded as set out in these Terms and by law.
6.4. The payment receipt is sent by email. The Seller issues an invoice on request; business Customers must provide their billing details when ordering or immediately afterwards.
7. Production and delivery
7.1. Production times on the product page are estimates in working days and are added to transit times. For preorders, times depend on the supplier and are shown on the product page.
7.2. Unless a different time is stated on the product page, the Seller delivers within 30 days of the contract (Article 61 of the Consumer Code). If delivery is late, the Consumer may set a reasonable additional period; if that also passes, they may terminate the contract and get a refund of everything paid.
7.3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Consumer when they, or a third party they designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods (Article 63 of the Consumer Code).
7.4. Shipping methods, zones and costs are described on the Shipping page.
8. Services
8.1. Services booked online are carried out as described on the product page: the Customer takes the vehicle to an agreed partner workshop, or sends the part to the Seller. In the latter case, where the product page says so, the Seller provides a prepaid shipping label.
8.2. The Customer must pack the part properly and give correct information about the vehicle. The Seller carries out the work with due professional care and reports the outcome before returning the part.
8.3. If the work cannot be done for reasons not attributable to the Customer (for example a fault in the part that could not be detected before inspection), the Seller says so, returns the part and refunds the advance.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, as described, with its exceptions, on the Returns page.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
Products sold to Consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, described on the Guarantee page.
11. Liability
11.1. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use or use other than that indicated, modifications made by the Customer, or force majeure.
11.2. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that the law grants Consumers on a mandatory basis, or the Seller’s liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
12. Intellectual property
Designs, 3D models, photos, text and graphics on the site belong to the Seller or their respective owners. Buying a part does not transfer any rights in its design; reproducing or selling the designs without written permission is prohibited.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
13.1. Complaints and support requests can be sent to the Seller’s contact details at the top of this page. The Seller normally replies within 7 working days.
13.2. Consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided for by Articles 141 et seq. of the Consumer Code, without prejudice to their right to go to court.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
14.1. The contract is governed by Italian law. Consumers resident in another Member State keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008).
14.2. Disputes with Consumers fall under the court of the Consumer’s place of residence or domicile (Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code). Disputes with business Customers fall exclusively under the court of the Seller’s registered office.
15. Changes
The Seller may update these Terms. Changes apply only to orders placed after publication; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
